Why does it take 15-20 seconds for Instant Win games to start?

After clicking redeem, I get a pause of 15-20 seconds before the game starts. 

 

I have tried on multiple platforms and multiple browsers with the same results.  

 

Curious if anyone else has this issue.

I’m taking a guess it’s the video graphics aspect of it.

Wasn't happening before and I have not made any changes to my system.  I also do not have any issues with any web based animations.
