Shyft moving broker

Why hasn’t Aarp reached out to us about the now defunct Shyft Moving broker. We paid Shyft over $10k for brokering a move from Md to Ga that included storage for 3 mo. Now it’s time to schedule delivery in Feb and I’m told by the moving co-Helix- that Shyft filed bankruptcy and they haven’t received a dime.

aaro customer service just hung up on the call and said there was noone in the org to even talk to about the situation.

Wow, I used them in 2023 and just suggested using them through AARP to a friend. Is AARP now not offering moving services? This may explain why we couldn't find anything on the AARP website for moving.
