HARTFORD INSURANCE "DISCOUNTS"

Hartford just raised my auto insurance by a third. I wrote and told them I will cancel 1/12/24. They wrote back they would immediately raise my rate and also demanded I send a  form they emailed me to their Kentucky office giving the date and time (time designated by them) of my insurance cancellation. Pure nonsense and harassment! Their website offers no easy way to cancel insurance and there is no email addess to cancel with. The form in addition, is dishonest as it requires the cancellation to occur at 12:01 am so they can charge for one more day. Neither AARP nor the state of Pa. seems to want to rein in the poor insurance actions of companies.

Just got my renewal, up 29%, no tix, claims or changes... inflation, get used to it, my pay only went up 2.7% go figure.
