I send the word YES. After that I have not received anything. Is this correct or did I do something wrong ?

My experience. Twice dropped after being in processing. Order 2 tickets in section 135 rowFF. I was very pleased. At the time of purchase the order was saying it was not confirmed but my credit card had a pending charge. Finally, rep talked to me by phone. She said was not clear in communicating fact that error was made and these seats were obstructed view. I did not know that. She cited an inconvenience refund of 100 dollars. I am not a seasoned concert patron. I last saw Stones in 1982-83, I now feel cheated. They stick by, too bad, for me.
