Rewards Point Determination

How do you determine which rewards have not been redeemed? I redeem thousands of point daily and have been so doing for YEARS. More than half my points have been deducted in the last couple of months (nearly 3/4) and I have been redeeming on a consistent basis with the exception of the time YOU were NOT allowing redemptions due to some "issues" with your servers. You have really soured my view of AARP in recent the past year. However, I do greatly appreciate the gift card. I would have missed that had I not renewed. I honestly don't think I will renew next year if I live.

We hope you stay with us, @LadyOfTheHouse. You can see your redemptions on the Transaction History. Here's how: https://aarp.info/3rf1iJV For more information, please reach out in a private message. - Diana G.

on your rewards page go into transactions (small words near top of page on right.  Then go into each category and review.  I believe you can view all your history if you just keep hitting next rather than just the last 30 days.  Tried to cut and paste images of my pages but site is saying invalid HTML.  Hope you can see what you need to and confirm your transactions.
