Missing GIFT CARDS

I purchased 2 gift cards yesterday, one for Papa Johns and the other for LL Bean... And I have received NOTHING from AARP. Today their Rewards site is down for "maintenance". Is this the best they can do?

[9/13/25] @j869283n , file a "complaint" with BBB (Better Bussiness Bureau). They will send a "copy" to AARP Corporate = you will receive your giftcards. You may have to WAIT with the Rewards Site being DOWN. Today is day 13.  😤  Lol, maybe ASK AARP when site will be back up in your complaint. NO response to this question ON THIS SITE.  🙄  Good Luck, Nicole!

The daye says January 20, 2025 that’s past the date. I cashed in also for 2 gift cards and did not get them in my email either.

I PURCHASED five gift cards on Monday and still have not received them. Of course my credit card card has been charged but still no gift cards. When will I receive them?
