Jamba 10% partner discount not working

Is anyone else not able to link their AARP membership to the Jamba Rewards Program? The website does not allow me to log into the Jamba Rewards due to a CAPTCHA error. I'm new to the AARP program and not sure if member benefits don't get deleted/updated often from the site. If this is not a common issue is there a way of notifying/ reporting the issues to both Jamba or AARP?

@FernandoS898194 Hi Fernando! If you're unable to login to the Jamba website, you may want to try downloading their app. They also have a contact form on their website if you need further assistance: http://www.jamba.com/

The AARP discounts are also not available on the Moe’s app and the McAllister‘s app. There’s no place to input your member number and there’s no discount button available.

Thank you for your membership, @MelisaB608055. I can understand your concern. To link your Moe Rewards account and AARP membership, please visit: https://www.aarp.org/membership/benefits/restaurants/moes-southwest-grill/?cmp=SNO-LITHIUM---&social... and follow the steps on the screen.

Also, to link your McAlister’s Rewards account, please visit: https://www.aarp.org/membership/benefits/restaurants/mcalisters-deli/?cmp=SNO-LITHIUM---&socialid=18...

Once you link the accounts, your discount will always appear in your Moe Rewards and McAllister accounts respectively. - Diana G.

@Nan56a If the issue you are having is with the Jamba website or app, you will need to contact Jamba for assistance. Unfortunately, AARP is unable to troubleshoot their tech issues. Learn more about the discount and steps to link your membership here: https://www.aarp.org/membership/benefits/restaurants/jamba/

I was also able to find this link on the Jamba site to link accounts:

https://partners.jamba.com/link-account I hope this helps!

The link above worked for me. Don't know how one finds it... it's not particularly obvious on Jamba's site.

Hi Renny. I'm glad the link worked for you. Hopefully, in the future, you should be able to click on https://www.aarp.org/membership/benefits/restaurants/jamba/ Click on the Learn more button and then enter your AARP membership information.  If you have questions, I'm here to help. - Stephen K.

This link takes me to the correct page, but on that page it says "Something went wrong. Please try again later." and doesn't work. I understand that it's not an AARP issue but I feel that its still good for members to know that this doesn't work.
