I have attempted to purchase the members only gift cards and I continue to get a big red error message stating that it’s not available. What is going on or how do I go about ordering the gift cards?

If you're referring to the Cold Stone Cremery, it just sold out. You may have tried to redeem it as the card's status was being changed in the system. Or, refresh your page, sometimes that works, too.
