AARP has Taylor Swift moment with Rolling Stones presale

What a fiasco! AARP tries for the big time by sponsoring the Rolling Stones tour and then totally drops the ball. They offer members a chance at pre-sale tickets but mechanism doesn't work. All they accomplished was  to piss off the membership. Then the associated thread in this forum gets swamped with people looking for the codes and it's impossible to unsubscribe. The thread's "unsubscribe" page is overloaded and throws up an error.

This reminds me of Ticketmaster's disaster with its inability to handle the on-slot of Taylor Swift fans. You'd think AARP would have learned from that disaster.

Completely fiasco!  AARP should have emailed or texted us the presale code to go directly to Ticketmaster.  I logged into Ticketmaster at 9:30, waited and couldn't access the aarp seats without the code altho i figured out the aarp aisle/artist aisle seat code.  I got two of those and later when my aarp presale code finally appeared, I was able to get a floor seat.  Now i have to seel my aisle seats in Orlando.
