How do I get my Rewards purchase history to stop showing "error"

Hi

 

Does anyone know how to get my AARP rewards purchase history to stop showing "error, try again"?

I can no longer track what I have purchased through AARP Rewards. Phone calls have done nothing. I have cleared history, cache, etc and even tried on different devices to no avail. Screenshot 2026-03-27 5.23.06 PM.png

I have the same issues.  Mine keeps kicking me out and then I have to sign in again many times per day.  I finally went to my phone person thinking I was not doing something right.  He told me it was a problem with the website.  Go figure!!????

Add your post  @poppy89 to several posts on the board who are having this problem.  Have you reported it to AARP?
