For a few weeks now, my Trophy stats are continually reset.  I keep seeing the instructions at the start, keep being asked to play my first game, etc.   Even if some items are carried to the next game, they may not carry accurately.  How did this suddenly start happening?  I had scored 26 times to level eleven, and that’s gone.

is there something I can do about this?  Is it just me?  Maybe it was the recent iOS update?  I play the game on iPad using Chrome.

More clues…. On my “first” game, the Mega Match count is only one, regardless of how many I actually had.  On the next few games, the Mega Matches add properly.

Now it’s been 5 months and Trizzle still starts with the first game each time.  Admit it, no one is working to fix this.  My highest score still shows, but my achievements are not being saved.

 Thank you. I will try it with my new MacBook.

But the Chrome browser on my iPad is always up to date.

Does Trizzle work properly for you?

 I tried Trizzle with my iPad using Safari, which is always up to date.

It had all the usual problems.  Mega matches are not counted until the 2nd game, blue dolls are never counted.  And later if I go back, my three games are gone and I will be back to game 1.

It’s been 6 weeks, and nothing has been fixed in the Trizzle game.   How many squeaky wheels do you need?   I am getting really tired of seeing the Help hints every time I reload the game..  I have matched many blue dolls and never see a credit for them.  I have played hundreds of games and reached level 11 twenty-plus times but always am started off with game number 1.  

this is getting ridiculous.  Please get Trizzle fixed!

Another clue.  Today the Trophy Room reset as usual, Show Help appeared as usual, and on my “first game” I made 18 mega matches,  I was credited with 8 instead of the usual 1 or zero.   I scored over 50,000 points and was credited for 2 games of over 25,000.  Again no blue dolls.  The chain reactions might be correct, I can’t tell.  The “second game” often counts mega matches more properly.  Usually I play three games in a row with Help appearing only on the first game.

I found whenever I had to clear cookies my scores would go to zero but only on the game itself.  The stats when you log in and start ot play a game still say what your best score was.  But kind of defeats the purpose if you enjoy playing a game and improving but starting at the beginning.  Some games I just stopped playing because of this.

I have not reset the cookies.  My highest score did not reset, only the Trophy Room and its challenges.  Nearly every time I play, it begins with the Help pages, so annoying!  Surely I have matched some blue dolls, but that one keeps saying 0/500.   I can play a few games and some of the trophies respond but next day I am back to Play your first game.

For some weeks now I get the “help” even though I say not to show it to me.  Also, I frequently find it is not capturing my high score correctly for the day.

So I am not the only one!   Check to see how it counts the mega matches.   The “first game” doesn’t show the right number, and seems always to show 10 fewer. The “second game” will add to it properly but is still 10 fewer than the real total.   It’s counting games where I reach 25,000, right?  So if I reach 50,000, it shows 2 for the one game!    The trophy room used to work properly, what happened?
