yes...Im new..

recently retired and finally got myself into a reg exercise routine...

I get on utube ..do anything from walks using weights to cardo....

oh yes lol I am not that great at it ...just have to laugh oh its this way now or that way!!!!

I feel alot better and my knee is thanking me for it !!!
