Any resource available concerning cooking with induction cook top?

Hello everyone,

I have just received an induction portable cooktop and while I have been searching the net I have not found a good resource with info concerning temperatures /settings for cooking items such as grilled cheese sandwiches, rice, vegetables, and even eggs (over easy, scrambled or omelet). My first attempt with grilled cheese was okay, though the first side was a little too "grilled." I am aware of the utensil requirements, just seeking cooking guidelines/recipes.

What brand and model is your induction cooktop?  Have you checked the manufacturer's web site for information or a User Manual?
