Affording the cost of Enbrel for Rheumatoid Arthritis while on Medicare

Greetings,

I am retiring soon.  I have been taking Enbrel Injections for years for treating my RA.  It was covered by insurance.  With co-pay assist from Amgen, the Enbrel was free for me.  
Now on Medicare, it appears that I have to pay about $6,700 yearly only for that drug.  Any suggestion to make it little affordable.
