What is a month?

Daily instant wins limited to one per month.

Points only rewards limited to three per month.

Is this per calendar month?

If I get a water bottle, some golf balls, and a rubber prayer mat on November 30, can I get another useless item on December 1 (per calendar month)... or do I have to wait 4 weeks?
