why are there so many problems with this website?

i never recieved the gift cards i ordered for points this month and last month contacted amanda corinna and justin they tried resending them after i changed my email address twice and nothing, why do all of a sudden numerous people have, unable to process your request pop up when they try to redeem points? AARP can you please answer us? no one had any of these problems until recently. please let us no what is happening, it would be greatly appreciated. disgusted i wasted all points on gift cards i never recieved

I am currently experiencing this.  Last week I used 17k points for a $10 Shari Berries gift card.  says points were deducted.  no card sent.  chatted yesterday said would be resent in 15 minutes.  no card.  today told same story, 15 minutes.  30 minutes later contacted chat again, where is my card?  Now they have to send my request to the escalation team and wait now is 7-10 working days.  Yet the $5 five guys I ordered yesterday showed up immediately.  Maybe I will try hello world,  Is there a link for them?

When that happened to me, I emailed helloworld customer service and they emailed the missing gift cards.
