whre is my petsmart gift card?
supposedly won a petsmart gift card last night, have yet to recieve an email with the gift card, is this one of the technical issues? anyone else have a problem getting their instant win gift cards? the scheduled maintence every so often, makes the site worse and worse to navigate please leave well enough alone.

2:41 PM today got my Congrats here is your reward email, maybe 3-4 days late..
Not sure how or why, but I hope the same result for everyone else.
No reason to believe my chat, phone or forum posts helped.
Complaining here is a vent, for results, maybe we need to complain Up ?

Same issue here, tried online Chat with a Rep named Cheryl, she just got to making up things
For me, it was Sonic Gift Card Instant Win.
ADD insult to injury as they say, I got an email congratulating me on the win, but never emailed gift card. I know how to search my email, all folders including spam and trash.
My chat Rep is really really bad at making up things,

Many of us remember the problems when the instant win games were "enhanced" by the addition of the Slot Machine graphic. During the first month of that there was a problem where the machine would show all matches in the windows. But the text under the machine did not say winner. It was explained to us that no matter what the display on the machine was, if it did not say winner, it was not a winning spin.
So, I guess our only chance is to wait until the winner lists for these instant games are posted and follow up then if we see our names on the list.
I have already spent 45 minutes in Chat, and another 45 minutes on the phone, over 30 minutes of that on hold.
Funny, how sometimes when no one helps you, they leave you on hold, if you don't give up, finally you just get disconnected.

add me to that list. I had an instant win on a Petsmart $10 IW on 1/23/25 that I did not get my โCONGRATULATIONS YOU WONโ rewards email.
I contacted customer service but they claimed there was no proof I had won
and ask if I had a screenshot. I said no because the rewards AARP rules plainly states a screenshot will not be accepted as proof.
Rules states the administrator has the ONLY decision. We have no recourse but to accept the decision of this money sucking Vampire.

Would someone please explain to me why admin instead of fixing these extreme difficulties, and giving us a plausible explanation just decides to delete the (4) ghost instant gift cards without any hesitation.
These type of tactics will soon be the downfall of this rewards program, the writing is on the wall

Like you mentioned, another vile trick this administrator is using to cause as much frustration as possible. If this administrator is unaware of what the IT department is doing, then he needs to be replaced. They offer ridiculous $5 coupons, up to 10 coupons now my my (you cannot put these in a gift card class) then turn around and deliberately fix it so 4 wonโt work preventing some members from taking advantage of them. IDK but remember
God does not like ugly.

I already know the content of your PM, and i donโt particularly care to read and definitely wonโt provide you with my information because you can do absolutely nothing to resolve my, and numerous other members problems we experience and have to endure every single day.
Why do we stay around and put up with this abuse ??
It is because we remember how it was back in the day of Rewards for Good & we still believe in miracles
