I am having problem with $1k of southwest gift cards. ordered on 2/6/2025, I asked about them on 2/17, sait it would take 5-10 business days. Waited the 10, spoke to some on 3/7/2025, still no answer nor cards. Very frustrating. I am also ready to report it as fraud. Very disappointing. AARP what is your next step?
