Janelle, quit asking people what their error is and have the systems programming people fix the credit card acceptance program. It is broken. As I’ve said in another posts, I have tried three different credit cards and my name and address and credit card info is all perfect. I use my credit card and name and address info on many other online systems and it works flawlessly. Your credit card processing system needs help! Get it fixed. Do spend some money to make it work. You are frustrating and angering many potentially good customers.
