Rewards Site Maintenance 🙄

[5/21/26] I don't mean to be NEGATIVE, but beginning to wonder WHY there have been SO MANY "scheduled" maintenance for the AARP Rewards Site?

Yes, last year (2025) and the "previous" years before, we had them.

But unless my OLD brain has failed me, those were like every FEW MONTHS or longer.

This year (2026), it seems to me we are seeing NOTICES when we "log" into our AARP Rewards Accounts EVERY WEEK & several times within that week.

Lol, well - thankful they are letting us know AHEAD, but WHAT are they fixing?

Anyway, everyone have a GREAT Thursday in whatever time zone you are in.

Lol, wonder what will get "messed" up when Merkle (company handling the AARP Rewards Program) RETURNS from their LONG WEEKEND.

Fingers - toes - eyes - legs "crossed" something works TOMORROW (Sunday). 🤞

Whatever maintenance they're supposed to be doing isn't helping with points being rewarded for the successful completion of Codeword game. Second day in a row I didn't receive earned points.

@DonnaPhotoArt The site maintenance has nothing to do with the fact that you did not earn points for playing a game. The games are different than taking a quiz or watching a video to earn points. Just playing a game does not mean you will earn points.

@rg54078 , well they need to figure out ANOTHER way to do things.

It is very "unfair" to ADVERTISE games giving POINTS after being played if that is NOT the case.

NEW members JOIN "thinking" they will receive these points ALWAYS. I agree with Donna @DonnaPhotoArt . This needs to be "fixed".

Scheduled Rewards Site Maintenance tomorrow (Friday 5/22/26) 4am ET to 5am ET.

Just woke up & cannot go back to sleep.

Was hoping to play today's Instant Wins but see the maintenance is taking place. Of late, they DIDNOT & I was able to play.

Now to hope I can AFTER 5am ET today.

HAPPY Friday All & we have that "special" day this Monday to "honor" our troops. Way too many lives lost.

What gives ??? It’s 3:34 am CST & I am able to play Instant wins and earn points and the system is working better while maintenance is suppose to be underway ??
