I never received magazines that I requested from May 3  2022. No help from AARP customer service.

@KathyM472625 Hi Kathy, it's good to hear from you again! When we last messaged, you stated that you completed the order process for the magazines. Since the order has been submitted to the vendor, I advised that you will need to contact the vendor for further guidance. Have you had an opportunity to contact the vendor yet? It will take them up to 3-5 business days to respond.
