Does anyone know what happened to the "Relax & Radiate Winter Crate" reward shown last night (October 15th, 2023), but won't allow me to redeem? And, somehow, this item disappeared this morning. Thanks in advance for your help.

Hi. You are correct on both accounts. It was added to the rewards catalog, but there was a message that read, 'This item is currently not available. You can't redeem for this item at this time..,' by which it could not be redeemed. Now it is no longer in the catalog. This has happened before, where an item is placed in the catalog, removed, and then returned.

Maybe @AARPJanelleM has more information.
