AARP Hearing Center
Starting a thread discussion for all members who are still experiencing odd technical difficulties. This is shame because I do enjoy the videos and games and chance at earning points and wins. I feel AARP is gaslighting us into thinking it is our fault ie. we are not clearing our cookies, using wrong browsers, etc. To date I have seen some members with the same issues: being directed to the wrong videos, the same wildfire video, not earning points, cannot access log in, etc. Let's try and post here along with any updates. Maybe there is strength in numbers. Also, if AARP sees the extent of the errors they will expedite a resolution.
