Thank you , but I didn't see any points added in the transaction history. Should be at least 1500 points.
Also it still isn't corrected as on March 1 and 2nd I only was credited with 150 points for 5000 step when I did 10,000 step also on Feb 24. The added 10000 step bonus isn't working either.

Hi Teri,
I posted previously but no response so trying again. My Fitbit recorded over 18,000 steps on Tuesday, 4/20/21 and AARP never rewarded points. I can send a copy of the Fitbit report if needed for proof. Thanks in advance for any assistance.
