Is rewards web site down?

I was watching videos to earn my points for today, and then I stopped earning points and noticed that all of the videos no longer had the rewards badge. I tried the app and same thing. I refreshed my screen and it logged me out. Now when I try to log in it says there was an error.

Anyone else having issues?

Why are you asking @KristBelt ? It is up for me and has been for days. NO pressure to share, but WHAT issues are you having? Have you called the AARP Customer Service?

I've been having this issue since they did their "Upgrade" the other day.  Every video I try to watch, gives an error.

The videos are working for me now.  If you are still having issues, it might be a different issue than what I saw and you should contact customer support to try to get it resolved.
