Instant Win Alternate Method of Entry

  For the past few days, I have not been able to enter the instant wins via the alternate method of entry.  I've tried 2 browsers and have the same problem.  I get this message:

We're sorry...

An error has occurred. Refresh your web browser to get back on track.

Refreshing does not help.  I keep having the same problem. Anyone else have this issue or know how to enter the instant wins?

  The instant wins worked for 2 days.  But today (11/21), they are NOT working again.

Hell Teri,

I have been having hit or miss trouble with the Free Method of Entry.

I was able to enter all of the active Instant Win Games, however, I had

to try and try again to enter and the error message is below.  Maybe you

could report the trouble with this error for us.  Thanks so much and Happy

Hello Teri,

Current Instant Win Rules don't have active links to the actual rules, similar to a problem I posted on 11/17/23.  Two of the active Instant Win Games had links that worked (AMC and DSW.)  The Hopper game is completed and not available.  The other active games don't have usable links.

I was able to enter all of the current Instant Win Games via the Official Rules links.  I had to refresh a few times on the first Instant Win that I chose to enter, but that is not unusual.

I hope others are able to enter.

Hello Teri,

We are having some problems with the instant wins over the past few days.

First, I haven't been able to enter an Instant Win through the Official Rules.  I keep getting the "We're Sorry..." error.

Also, the most recent Official Rules have links that are not active, so, I can't get to link to even try the free entry method for those game as shown below.

Here's what mine looks like. Same issue. There have been several issues here, for at least (maybe over) a week. I have not seen any AARP Concierge responses this week, although they've been tagged regarding other issues.

Hopefully, it will find the 'Fix-It ' people soon. 🙂
