My Settings Guidelines

I called AARP and got 15,000 points

So earning points from quizzes, videos, etc. wasn't working over the past weekend. I called AARP (888-687-2277; didn't have to wait too long) and after they checked my info and account, the agent manually added 15,000 points. Yeah! Additional info: AARP has their own website personnel, and they don't work weekends, so didn't see the problem until Monday morning. Merkle/Hello World only fulfills gift cards and rewards.
