Gift card redemption not received

On 2/14/25 I used 16000 points for a measly $5 GC for Bath & Body Works.  Still haven’t received the GC even though the 16000 points were immediately taken from my account.

Update: did an online chat, which basically accomplished nothing. Was told my case would be escalated and I’m still waiting to hear anything.  It’s a $5 GC not a million dollars. Five dollar gift card
