Gift card in shopping cart

I have a Darden gift card in my shopping cart since November that I wasn't able to purchase. I have tried to remove but it just keeps coming back. Need help!

There is a glitch that AARP needs to fix..... gift cards remain in the cart if you are unable to purchase, especially when they are sold out before you can complete the transaction.

I did a chat and was told that it was being escalated. About 2 days later I was able to remove it.
