My acct has been frozen for a week now and I was on the phone yesterday for an hour and a 1/2 and spoke to 5 different people and no one can tell me why. Ridiculous! This happened last month and my acct was frozen for 3 weeks. I’ve lost a month of my paid membership and no one can give me an answer.
