Fitbit sync still does not work

 Has anyone been able to sync their Fitbit with AARP rewards? The sync stopped working Nov 2024 after an app update

I joined in April and linked my fitbit but I never get credit for activity.  The AARP site and app say link a device but when I go to fitbit app it says the fitbit is sharing information with AARP.  I'm glad others are having the same problem.  I thought it was just me.

yes. Fitbit has not synced for months. I tried on my own then list interest until 2 weeks ago I contacted help, they put me through the paces and still nothing. They said they would “escalate” and contact in 5-10 business days. Well that has come and gone and they did NOT contact me but I contacted them only to be told they are working on it, which is apparently what they have told everyone for months!  We need everyone who is having this issue to contact them until they either fix it or take down the offer. It is their ootion to not offer this perk but it is wrong to offer it and. It gave any way to attain it.

I have the same trouble with Apple Health App. It might give me credit for one day... I have to constantly reconnect... But it rarely works.

No luck here either...I tried everything. AARP said everything OK with their system, it must be my device.
