Ease Your Pain with Better Sleep / Rewards video issues

This video says we can earn 300 points once a month for watching, but there are two issues:

1) the first time in the month one watches it, it does not award the points.

2) the second time in the month one tries to watch it, it does not show the checkmark for "watched", nor does it award the points. Not sure what glitch is happening? Here is the link:

 Hi, a similar thing happened to me with the Ease Your Pain video, but after I played it - it awarded me points for a diff video about Pickleball that I hadn’t even watched LoL! Plus, In the video list the Ease Pain video isn’t checked as watched, but when I tried to watch it again - I got the “already watched” message.

 I did this video Twice today and no points awarded either time......

I had the same issue back on 9/2. There is a thread regarding this in the Earn Activities forum.
