Disappointed to see Kroger or related grocers gift cards going away

Kroger gift cards are no longer available. Bummer!

Now we're into September and they still haven't been restocked. I wish we knew when they were coming back.

 I agree, AARP has been less than forthcoming with this information. They know a lot of people rely on them so it would be nice if they kept us up-to-date. The same thing happened with the Giant Eagle gift cards and it's now been months with nothing coming back.

 I was really hoping the Kroger gift cards would be available soon. I have been checking daily. None of the other grocery stores that have gift cards available are in my area.

We still don't have a date for when the Kroger gift cards will be available, but we keep updating our catalog and make every effort to restock popular items as soon as they become available. - Diana G.

I was disappointed when they removed the Giant Eagle Gift Cards and now they have taken away the Kroger gift card cards..... a real bummer!!

Yes, I was so sad when I tried to buy them the other day! I have faithfully been using those for over 2 years now. Super sad to see I can't purchase them anymore 😞

If the merger goes through with Vons/Albertsons being bought out by Kroger everything will change. There is a list of stores possibly closing in the US (Vons/Albertson). This is Kroger's second try to buy them out. So there might be some major changes coming. I hope this does not happen.

@BenjaminM550041  I can clear that up! They have only been temporarily removed, and will return to the catalog by the end of August. In the meantime, there are other grocery gift cards such as Safeway, Albertsons, Instacart, and more. Thanks for being a part of AARP Rewards!  Jodee R.

UNFORTUNATELY...

A whopping 3 days to go, might as well as stick a fork in Kroger cards for August. Asleep at the switch, he said she said. Hey...I'm retired, I've heard worse haha
