I have clear browser and tried to login several times. I keep getting the same message.
Anyone else having this new problem? It seems it is always something with AARP Rewards.
[2/19/25] Welcome to paradise @J896552 !!! AARP needed to UPGRADE this site years ago and still REFUSING to do so. YES, this "glitch" happens to some people, NOT all. Good luck with getting it fixed. 👵

I just chatted with Customer Service. I think this is just another way of sayng "Unable to process your redemption request." I have been escalated and everyone who has had a problem knows what that means. I invested many points in sweepstakes this month and now I will be at a disadvantage in getting any chance at winning since I cannot enter today or probably several, several days. What a deal. It really is getting worse! I really do need some luck.
