Carnival Gift Cards Not Received

I ordered 3 Carnival gift cards yesterday. I did not receive them and called yesterday and was told to wait 24 hours. Well, it has now been over 24 hours since the money was taken from my bank account and I still haven't received the emails. I spent $990 and am getting nervous on why I have not received this yet. Can someone please help me?
