Bath and body works gift card number is invalid

I ordered a bath and body works gift card today.  Received the email and when I went to redeem it, there’s now an app called blinksky that apparently is overseeing them.  The number I received from blinksky doesn’t work (bath and body works app says the number is invalid).  Anyone else run into this?

I have 2 gift cards through Blinksky, Home Depot and Best Buy and they are both valid. But I see some complaints about them on Reddit.

I haven't purchased a gift card from the AARP rewards program in over a year and I don't remember if that worked different from the points gift cards at that time.  I checked a points gift card that I just got on 6/4, and when I click on the link it goes to www.vcdelivery.com, which is the same as it has been for awhile.  And the gift card information was valid.  Hopefully if other people have issues with this blinksky app, they will comment in the community forum.  But if it is just an issue with your specific gift card, then hopefully you can get it fixed on Monday.

Hi RenateW
hope i can get a TOPGOLF ZERO gift card balance I got from AARP Rewards. Hope I can get it fixed Monday  Had two, one went through fine at the TOPGOLF in MS. I have gotten zero balance gift cards from this rewards program before and they refuse to replace them. I checked with TOPGOLF & they said the card had a ZERO balance.

This is another Merkel tactic

This is happening to me   I have several older cards that have NOT been used and have zero balances.   And this week when I took a brand new Home Depot card in, the code would not scan.   If there hadn't been a line behind me, I'd have asked it to be put in manually....will try again on that one, But I have a printed JC Penney older one that I took to the store and was very unhappy to find a zero balance.  Also Cinermark with no blance and never used, never even been in the place.  Very frustrating and very embarrassing when you're in a checkout line.
