BREAST CANCER AWARENESS

IMG_0312.jpeg

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month

Since 1985 , October has been designated as Breast Cancer Awareness Month to promote and support research, prevention, treatments and ultimately a cure for the disease. Almost a quarter of a million women and 2,800 men will be diagnosed with breast cancer this year.

Supporting BCAM can be as easy as donating to organizations like the Breast Cancer Research Foundation. You can also make meaningful contributions by hosting a “lunch and learn”, organizing or participating in a walk/run event or promoting breast cancer support groups.
