Another Fitbit Issue

Getting points for 5,000/10,000 steps through synced Fitbit worked seamlessly all summer. Then about 2 weeks, started getting message problem with sync. Two things that might be contributing:  updates for AARP rewards, and I updated iPhone IOS from 17 to 18.   I called Customer Service for help, and the rep put in a request for help. Someone was supposed to contact me, I think within 3-5 days, but nothing. So no points.   AARP, can you please look into this?

Just want to let anyone who encounters the same issue knew that I figured out what was the problem.  One HAS to download ‘aarp now’ app and sync your Fitbit via the app. Hope it will work. Stay tune…

Same problem here for over two months. Recently, two days ago, it seems the issue was fixed. I was able to sync, yet no steps records rewarded. And the sync function is down AGAIN! So frustrating.

Having the same exact issue.... seems to have started weeks ago... Ive had this fitbit connected for years and never had any real problems.   now it just wont connect no matter what I do. (disconnect via fitbit, aarp, clear cookies, everything)

AARP had me check the version of AARP Now app. The latest is 40000700. I am on that, but still having issues.  Won't stay synced.
