Hope you guys are well.
Well my "issue" has returned. ๐ญ
I DIDNOT receive yesterday's newsletter (Tuesday 1/6/26).
(1) I am still showing as being SUBSCRIBED from the last time IT subscribed me when system kept UNsubscribing me. That was FIXED by IT 10/11/25.
(2) I went into the NEWSLETTER SITE and was able to VIEW yesterday's newsletter. Got the CODE for the "free" 100 points. So NO need to add them for me this time.
(3) Once I post this, I will PM/Private Message you my address and email address as you require.
*** Hopefully I will get Friday's newsletter.

[1] I have NOT heard from your IT Department. It is now past the 10 business days. AARP Christy said that ended 10/9/25 via PM (private message).
[2] TODAY I went into the NEWSLETTER section & as usual I am UNSUBSCRIBED.
[3] TODAY I RESUBSCRIBED. ๐ธ Screenshot Attached.
[4] TODAY I went back to check IF still subscribed. As usual I am NOT. ๐ธ Screenshot Attached.
[5] TODAY your system does say I already received my 500 points for SIGNING UP when I RESUBSCRIBE. That is correct. ๐ธ Screenshot Attached.

(1) My issue was escalated.
(2) Your IT Department has NOT contacted me.
(3) Newsletters USE TO arrive about 1pm every Tuesday & Friday.
(4) Your system keeps UNSUBSCRIBING me starting 9/16/25.
(5) I do CHECK SPAM FOLDER before "pestering" you.

Hello @AARPConsumerCare , when you guys "clock back in" tomorrow, can someone find out WHY I didnot receive my copy LAST Friday (9/19/25) & today (Tuesday 9/23/25).
TONIGHT I finally had some time to log into my Rewards Account since all seems to be fixed.
Upon signing in, a "pop up" INVITED me to SUBSCRIBE to the Newsletter.
Okay, did this.
Then says I am NOW subscribed but NO 500 points as I already received them.
That is correct.
So WHY was I showing as NOT subscribed?

My REWARDS NEWSLETTER arrived TODAY 3 hours later than usual (the one we all get Tuesdays & Fridays IF we subscribed). Usually arrive about 1pm ET. Today about 4pm ET. NEVER got Tuesday 9/2/25.
Lol, now to hope the FREE 100 points in newsletter does NOT EXPIRE before Rewards Site is BACK.
