I was finally able to purchase a card. That said, it really should not be that hard!!!!! They obviously have a problem. They need to provide a permanent fix.

on the redeem. I tried clearing my browsers. I went to other broswers, my cell phone, my friends computer and phones.....always the same message. I have used 11 cards not and STILL nothing.
