It is March now. The problem between Fitbit and aarp reward has been going on almost six months! I guess AARP gave it up to solve the problem also.

I did call few weeks back on Jan. 20. I was promised by whoever I spoke to that a call back would be within 10 days. To be honest, I GAVE UP!

Another 2 weeks passed. Never received any reply from aarp tech. No reply from AARP neither after direct email as instructed.

It is 2/5 today. My last phone call to aarp tech rep was 1/20, my chat with Fitbit tech was 1/22 (With digital records). Same syn/reward points issue! Fitbit stated that no problem on their end. My aarp account synced, yet not reward point since 9/1...

Thank you! Anyway I can contact someone in aarp directly, via email or phone or whatever, so I can get some help? I did EVERYTHING there is that has mentioned in this community arena. How much patience one could have to solve this? It has been over ...
