id avoid all cost lines for 2 reasons.1st is tsnaumie..2nd is hurricanes..id be moving inland if not across country at least some what..id be looking for land with pond(s) lake and at least 1 or 2 creeks that has a water supply year round..plus ltd b...

well,that depends on exactly how much we're talking about here.if i won the 8 million lottery.1ST id pay the taxes,,then buy some land and have a home built on it that'll accommodate my mom sister 1 of my brothers and me.then id take my mom on a well...
