Re: New AARP Barclays Credit Card contains a binding arbitration clause.

You can't? Apparently the "incentives" for AARP were somewhat more substantial than we will ever know.  The arbitration clause is so cute!  The arbitrator who decides your case---will no doubt be the Barclays CEO's brother-in-law!

I absolutely NEVER use these online bandits!   I resent the way they co-0pt the legitimate website of hotels and such.   It is not difficult to book directly--why be bothered with them?   And if they are affiliated with AARP, more reason to shun them...

Contact the office of the AG of your state and file a complaint.  Also the State Banking regulator.
