You can't? Apparently the "incentives" for AARP were somewhat more substantial than we will ever know. The arbitration clause is so cute! The arbitrator who decides your case---will no doubt be the Barclays CEO's brother-in-law!

"INCONVENIENCE" is a huge understatement. The outage has been in effect ever since this nightmare began months ago.

Contact the office of the AG of your state and file a complaint. Also the State Banking regulator.

I cancelled this **bleep** thing quite some time ago due to the colossal incompetence of Barclays. A small balance was paid in FULL , which they still managed to get out of my bank anyway. Then it was restored. Now I am getting letters from these f...
