I received the Hartford travel bag today - ~ 4 months after requesting a quote for insurance.  A bit of a delayed fulfillment but they did deliver.  Thank you Hartford.

The same thing for me, I am offered a weekend duffel bag by getting a quote, which I called and did, but no gift ever sent.  And I am getting more mail to do this again.  AARP should part ways with Hartford if they can't live up to their promises.
