I made my choice a year ago from an online list, but didn't explicitly choose this company for the dental coverage.  Finding out they do cover it was a surprise bonus.  I was choosing based on how quickly I could get to a real person who was helpful....

I completely agree.  I'm appalled that AARP has associated itself with United Healthcare and my experience with the latter has left a bad taste in my mouth for several reasons.  One is that their list of 8 opticians in my zip code turns out to have o...
