Sharp stabbing lower left abdomen pains, cramping, bloating? Could be Diverticulitis or Diverticulosis. Get it checked.If left untreated you could become a candidate for a coloscopy(?) bag.You don't want that.Last i heard, stones can be very painful....

I really like the silicone/wax earplugs as well, they work great for me. I sleep so much better with ear plugs in. What i DON'T like about them is the way they tear out my ear hairs when I remove them... I can't understand how people can pay to have ...
