Walking circles in the house is how we get most of our excersize now and lifting bar bells. eating right and keeping a positive attitude during these trying times. I highly suggest to get a tracker it motivates you to walk.

I start my day off by eating a cup of Greek plain yogurt with blueberries,flax seed,raw natural honey,cinnamon,whipped cream,strawberries and cherries! all the fruit is frozen. sometimes I blend it and most times I just add all ingredients to a bowl.
