I planted the top of a pineapple in a pot.  It I keep it in a sunny place and water it regularly, it will produce a new pineapple for us to eat.

I love boiled eggs and whole milk, which are loaded with Vitamin D.  Combine they with a walk in the sunshine and it makes for a healthier lifestyle.
