I have no contractor and have no idea what that refers to. New contractor?.Confusing. I’ve learned if I sync tge device on my browser view of AARP, it works. if I Stay completely away from the AARP mobile app, it remains synced. Why?Who knows?

I have sent another message back to you folks in a private message. The gist: my Fitbit again has been disconnected, or disregarded, or delinked. In a way that befuddles me because I made sure to do nothing to its own device settings, or to my AARP R...

And that's very strange, if true, inasmuch as Google manages all Fitbits. Why would they actually limit the value and functionality of their devices? Not logical, for sure.
