Item was in cart until I clicked “proceed to checkout”. Very disappointing to finally, actually, get an item we can use, only to have it disappear.

You are not the only one. Same problem here. Sweepstakes entries will not work on the iPad at all but work fine on the desktop.

Hello @AARPTeri, haven’t seen the Shell Gas Card points only card in quite a while. Will they ever come back? It was a great reward for our region.

Please Raise Limit on Rewards Redemptions! Please consider raising the limit on the $5.00 gift cards or not including them at all in the 3 card redemption limit. I received three $5.00 cards this month and became locked out from redeeming any of the ...

What happened to the good points only gift cards offered at the beginning of the new rewards? Nothing new has been added in weeks. Two to ten dollar discounts on gift cards with partial points are not good deals for AARP members. We can get better de...
